Entry into port and mooring of ships with a draft of between 9.61 meters and 10.50 meters is allowed only under the following conditions:

DURING THE MANEUVER OF THE ENTRANCE OF THE ABOVE TYPES OF SHIPS, IT IS FORBIDDEN, IN THE TRACK OF NAVIGATED CHANNEL FROM THE TOWNSHIP, INCLUDING BETWEEN THE HEAD OF THE FORANIC DAMS AND THE HEAD OF THE GUARDIAN WHEELS, ANY CROSSING FROM OTHER EXIT SHIPS.
